Mariana Trench

Picture of the Mariana Trench

The Mariana Trench is located Southwest of Guam in the Pacific Ocean. If you would want to visit the trench, you would most likely likely be an engineer since the trench is at such a tremendous depth, or a biologist to study what kind of plants grow and animals live at such a depth. The challenger Deep is located in the Mariana Trench. The Mariana Trench is 11 kilometers deep. Plant life has a hard time surviving so far down due to no sun light and high pressure. Animals can survive deep down around and in the trench. A lot of these animals use bio essence to attract prey and mates or keep away enemies. The trench reveals that the ocean floors are very undiscovered and not well know since only one trip has been successfully made all the way down to the trench. The connection between humans and the trench is that the trench gives engineers a challenge to reach such depths in the ocean. The trench attracts humans to explore.

The Mariana Trench sounds like a tough and difficult place to live. But dispite its difficulty it seems like a neat new and almost undiscovered place. It has tough conditions to support life. But because of the deep trenches it's possible for animals and plants to grow. Also the animals there are suited for this life conditions because of bio essence. Which allow them to attract prey, mates and keep enemies away. Plus it's a good natural water and food source for the people and animals that might live there.

There isn't very much simularities between our two boddies of water. But they are both boddies of water that support life in it and around it. But they are also very diffrent because the Mekong River gets a lot of sunlight and grows and supports alot of life. People depend on this river as a primary source of food, protection, and a way to trade. While the Mariana Trench sounds a tough place to live where people can't be to dependent on it for food, trade or protection. Plus the Mekong River is a sacrade and trditional lake that people have bonded to over generations.
